Q. What should I wear for my massage appointment?

A. You should come dressed in comfortable clothes. Something that is easy to take on and off. Also, leave jewelry at home to avoid leaving it behind.


Q. Do I have to completely undress for a massage?

A. No, you are able to undress to your comfort level.


Q. How often should I get a massage?

A. That is up to you and your therapist to decide. It varies from person to person. At an average, most people could use a massage every 4 weeks. Listen to your body and it will tell you when you are in need of your next massage.


Q. What do I do during a massage?

A. Get comfortable and focus on your breathing. If your therapist wants you to adjust your position, they will ask you to move or just do it for you. Do what feels right to stay comfortable and relaxed. Feel free to ask questions at any point during the service. In order to receive your ideal massage, make sure to communicate with your therapist on your comfortability with the room's temperature and the pressure being applied to your muscles. The main priority of the therapist is to help you and listen to your needs and would be more than happy to adjust according to your comfort level.


Q. Will the massage oils make me break out?

Q. Is a massage always appropriate?

A. No. There are several medical conditions that would be negatively affected by receiving a massage. Your therapist will ask some general health questions to rule out any contradictions. It is important to let your therapist know about any health issues or medications being taken before the service. If you have specific questions, feel free to call and consult with your therapist before your appointment.
